Description

It's not exactly "outdoors," but in the tight quarters of the tram to the top of the Arch you can't help but make connections with other people! And the glimpses you get of the interior structure of the Arch on the ride up and down really give you a sense of the amazing engineering and construction feats involved in creating the monument. The confines of the tram car and occasional ear-popping of the ride up make that moment of stepping out to look through the little windows at the top all the more exhilarating!
